Most of my presence on the internet is because of the small tools I have developed or due to some technical article I have published. As my tools started getting popular I got some some loyal fan following that requested to know more about me as a person.
Since I do not expose much of my personal information on those technical forums, I though it would be a good idea to create a personal website. My aim is to try in my all means to keep this site non-technical, however I am not sure how successful I will be in doing that.
About Me
My name is Hemen Kapadia and I am from Mumbai, India. I have done my Bachelors in Engineering (Computers) from Mumbai University. Professionally I work for Tata Consultancy Services as an IT Analyst.
I have lived in Mumbai all my life and I believe there is no other place like it. Currently I am deputed for a project with Adobe Systems Inc and am located in Sunnyvale, CA.
My hobbies include computer programming (which is my profession too), occasional experimentation with cooking food (which may or may not turn out to be edible) and numismatics (collecting currency coins). I have also been trying to improve my skills at photography (check the photo gallery)
